At abcmart.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we ensure quality and care in every order, we understand there may be rare situations where a return or refund is needed. Please read our return & refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The item is incomplete (missing pieces or parts)

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Note:
Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics and beauty products (e.g., lipsticks, creams, makeup tools) cannot be returned once opened or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used makeup and skincare products
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp: 0334-6529290 or Email: support@abcmart.pk
  2. Send us clear pictures/videos of the product showing the issue
  3. Provide your Order ID, name, and contact number
  4. Our team will verify and approve your request within 2 working days

If your return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • If the returned item is received and verified as damaged or incorrect
  • If the product you ordered is out of stock after payment
  • If you cancel your order before dispatch

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 working days after product inspection
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our support
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
